David Hayes has served as an elder since 2004.  He grew up in Longview, Texas. He received his BBA in Accounting (1984) and his Masters in Business Administration (2004) from The University of Texas in Tyler. David is a CPA and operates his own business in Kilgore. David and Donna were married in 1980 and have two children, Amanda & Savannah and two grandchildren, Keelyn & Peyton.

James Stueart has been an elder since 2001. James and his wife, Linda, have lived in Longview and have worshiped at Pine Tree since August 1986. James has been an educator since 1967 and is currently a mathematics instructor at Kilgore College. Linda has worked as a Registered Nurse since 1968 and is currently working for Longview Regional Hospital. James and Linda were married in August 1968 and have 2 daughters, Julie & Amy, and 3 grandchildren, Mason, Morgan, & Caleb.

Neal Venable began serving as an elder in 2004. Neal and his family have been worshiping at Pine Tree since 1999. Neal has an accounting degree and manages several different business interests. His wife, Lori, serves as a secretary for the Pine Tree church. They have two married children, Carla & her husband Matt Nix and Don & his wife Lauren.

Kenny Vineyard has been an elder since 2004. Kenny began to worship at Pine Tree in 1966, after his dad moved the family to Longview from west Texas. He and his wife, Patty, were married in 1976 and have four children: Jesse, Jessica, Jennifer, and Julie. They also have two grandchildren, Tristan and Bryson. Patty has taught Bible school in the children's ministry since 2000.
